Teacher Reimbursement – Discretionary Funds

West Bay PTO budgets discretionary money for all full-time classroom teachers ($200) and specials ($100).  Funds may be used for the classroom, promotion of education, etc.   There is no rollover of discretionary funds from year to year.  All reimbursements for the school year must be submitted by June 15th.  You can consolidate all of your receipts and submit as one reimbursement amount.  If your file is too big, just leave in the PTO mailbox.

You have 2 options to request a reimbursement from the PTO:

Electronic Reimbursement:  Complete the requested information.  Under the Budget Category Expense 1, select “Teacher Discretionary”.  Attach scanned receipt(s) as a .pdf, or place physical receipts in PTO mailbox on copier/work room.  *if you do not receive a receipt for your submission, it did not get submitted properly.

Paper Reimbursement:  Print this form or obtain a paper PTO Expense Reimbursement Form from the red folder in the PTO Mailbox, complete all sections, attach receipts and place back in PTO mailbox.

Classroom Volunteers

Field Trip Funds Request

West Bay PTO budgets $750 for K – 4th grades, $400 for 5th grade (plus food for Outdoor Ed) and $350 for both morning and afternoon preschool to use for a second field trip in the 2022-2023 school year.  Funds for the field trip may be requested by completing the Field Trip Funds Request and submitting in the PTO mailbox or by emailing the PTO Treasurer.
