These funds may be used for classroom supplies, student and teacher enrichment, and similar purposes. Please note that funds must be used within the same school year and do not carry over. Reimbursement requests can be submitted either as a single consolidated request or throughout the year, but all submissions must be received by May 1st.

  1. Reimbursement Electronic :  Complete the requested information.  Under the Budget Category Expense 1, select “Teacher Discretionary”.  Attach scanned receipt(s) as a .pdf, or place physical receipts in PTO mailbox on copier/work room.  *if you do not receive a receipt for your submission, it did not get submitted properly.

  2. If you prefer to use the PTO credit card for a purchase, please contact Brooke Pauley, Michele Roberts, or Kate McGee in advance.

*** Receipts are still required for all purchases. Reimbursement checks will be delivered to your staff mailbox unless otherwise noted.**
